Individual Therapy

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s the weight of anxiety, challenges in relationships, feelings of loneliness, or simply the sense that something is off. Everybody needs a safe, welcoming space for exploring these feelings, overcoming barriers, and working toward meaningful change. I strive to offer that safe space. I want to understand where you’re coming from and help you get where you’re trying to go.

Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way, tap into your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I aim to be a compassionate partner in the process, to walk alongside you as you overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create a life that feels fulfilling and true to who you are.

EMDR Intensive Therapy

With over 1,500 hours of facilitating EMDR intensive therapy, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through transformative experiences addressing a wide range of issues. I’ve also experienced EMDR intensives as a client, which gives me a deep appreciation for the unique potential this approach offers.

While weekly therapy works well for many people, there’s something truly powerful about the focused structure of an intensive. With dedicated time, intention, and space, intensives allow you to:

  • Process and release painful, overwhelming, or traumatic life experiences.

  • Shift unhelpful beliefs about yourself, others, or the world.

  • Address the roots of self-defeating patterns and relationship dynamics.

At the same time, you’ll gain clarity, shed what’s been weighing you down, and find a deeper sense of peace and acceptance in your story. The changes might feel spontaneous or deliberate, immediate or gradual, but you’ll notice yourself shifting—feeling lighter, stronger, more at ease, and more authentic in your life.

There’s something special about this process, and I’d be honored to guide you through it.

We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.
