“Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.”

- Brene Brown

It’s a privilege to support people as they navigate life’s challenges, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep belief that meaningful change is always possible.

You matter here.

Therapy with me is a space to better understand yourself—to uncover patterns, explore what’s driving your thoughts and behaviors, and gain clarity on how these dynamics shape your relationship with yourself and others. Together, we’ll look at the lessons and strategies you’ve developed throughout your life, identify what’s no longer serving you, and explore how to shift toward a way of being that feels more aligned and authentic.

Think of me as your guide, co-investigator, and partner in imagining what’s possible. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, uncover new insights, and take steps toward the life you truly want to live. Let’s work together to create the change you’re ready for.

EMDR Specialist

My passion lies in using EMDR therapy to help individuals unlock their capacity for growth and transformation. Just as the body is designed to heal physical wounds, the brain has a remarkable ability to heal, integrate, and overcome emotional and psychological challenges.

I have witnessed incredible breakthroughs through EMDR, where clients not only experience healing but also discover new levels of resilience and potential. This powerful tool supports those ready to move beyond limiting patterns and reconnect with their strengths. It’s not just about symptom relief—it’s about fostering growth, resilience, and the confidence to navigate life’s complexities, embrace its challenges, and fully experience its gifts and simple joys.

Working from an attachment lens, I integrate EMDR with ego state, somatic, and cognitive approaches to create a comprehensive, growth-focused experience. EMDR doesn’t just resolve symptoms—it opens doors to meaningful, lasting change.
