You deserve a life that feels fulfilling, connected, and true to who you are. If anxiety, stress, ADHD, or life transitions are leaving you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults ready to move past fear and avoidance to create meaningful relationships and a life aligned with their values.

I believe your experiences make sense and deserve compassion, not judgment. My non-pathologizing, relational approach focuses on practical solutions, self-understanding, and sustainable strategies. Together, we’ll explore the here and now while working through past barriers and negative beliefs that may be holding you back.

Let’s partner to help you build the confidence, clarity, and connection you’re seeking.

EMDR Certified Therapist

I have facilitated around 1500 hours of EMDR intensive therapy for a broad array of issues. I’ve also experienced EMDR intensives as a client. While the weekly therapy hour is just right for many people, there is something special that can happen in the intensive setting.

With the structure, focus, space, and intention that we create with intensives, you are able to process and transform:

  • painful, overwhelming, or traumatic life experiences;

  • unhelpful and outdated beliefs about yourself, others, or the world;

  • the underpinnings of self-defeating patterns and relationship dynamics.

At the same time, you will gain clarity and insightshed the layers weighing you down, find peace and acceptance in your story, and begin to see change. It may feel spontaneous or intentional, immediate or gradual, but you will notice yourself shifting – feeling stronger, more at ease, more authentic, and in control.

Let’s tap into your resilience–together.

We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.
